Exchange Orders

Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. If you would like te receive a different product, we request you to place a new order. 

Return Orders

If the item is not quite what you had in mind? You can return it within 14 days after purchase. Send an email with your data, order number and reason for returning your order to: info@sacredstones.nl

All of our products are provided of a seal. It is possible to try out our products without removing or destroying this seal. Products with a broken or removed seal cannot be returned and will not be refunded, keep this in mind while trying the products. 

All costs for return shipments are for the customer. We advise to make use of registered mail for this. After receiving back the products in original state and with the seal still on it we will refund the money within 14 days.

Please note, the cost and risk of return shipment are at your expense.

An exception for this is if it concerns an error that Sacred Stones has made.

If your original order amount was above the free shipping and no shipping charges were paid the following applies:

*If the total amount is still above the free shipping limit after processing the return, you will receive the full amount for the returned item(s).

**If the total amount is below the free shipping limit after processing the return, you are not entitled for free shipping. The amount due then will be deducted from the amount transferred to you.

Sale items:

SALE items are not refundable.
